1. How long will it take to receive the goods after placing the order?
Ans: It usually takes 1-3 days after receiving the order to ship the goods. After shipment, it depends on the shipping method selected. SF Express will receive it on the same day or the next day, and Hong Kong Post will receive it in 2-3 days.
2. I placed an order but did not receive the "Order Confirmation" email?
Ans: After completing the order and payment process, we will immediately send an "Order Confirmation" email. If it is not in your inbox, it may be in "Spam" and the sender is Super Biker/Shop Merchant. If you still can't find it, you can contact us for further information.
3. If you know the helmet wearing size?
Ans: You can use a soft ruler to measure from the forehead through the ears to the back pillow. You can select the helmet size according to the head circumference.
4. What are the uses of bicycle sensors? Doesn't the computer already show the speed?
Ans: Current bicycle sensors have dual modes - speed and cadence. As long as it is installed in different locations, the corresponding data can be known through the computer. The speed displayed by a bicycle computer is measured by GPS. If you are indoors (tunnels, under overpasses, indoor training, etc.) and cannot receive signals, you can use a (speed) sensor to solve the problem.
5. Are there any electric scooters that are both detailed and powerful?
Ans: No. The output of the motor and battery are directly proportional, so the larger the motor, the greater the output.
6. What do W and Ah on electric vehicles mean?
Ans:W (watt) is the output of the motor. The larger the value, the higher the slope and speed. Ah (amp hour) is the battery capacity. The larger the value, the longer the electric vehicle's range.
7. How long does a typical electric car last on a single charge?
Ans: It depends on the Ah value of the electric vehicle, which is usually calculated in distance (km).
